Ts & Cs

• • Edited photos are delivered within 5-7 business days after the event date.
• • Full payment is required 7 days before the event.
• • 50% of the package fee is refunded if cancelled at least 48 hours before the event.
• • Cancellations within 48 hours are not refundable, but may be rescheduled by the client.
• • If the event exceeds the agreed duration, additional time is invoiced after the event.
• • Late arrival by involved parties that causes extra time will be charged accordingly.
• • Travel costs are excluded and calculated according to AA rates per km once venue is confirmed.
• • If photos are lost, the full photoshoot amount will be reimbursed.
• • Photographer will not sell or distribute client photos without written permission.
• • Photographer is authorised to use photos for marketing and promotional purposes.
• • If the photographer cannot provide services due to unforeseen circumstances, the client may reschedule within 3 months and receive an automatic 15% discount.
